Projekt Practical Project Management – Efficient Leadership
If you are interested in experiencing what it’s like to lead people through a project, this training will give you the opportunity to try and work with different theories of leadership.
There is a huge difference between being a project manager and a line manager since there is no staff responsibilities associated with the project manager role. As a project manager it´s fundamental to motivate and engage with the project team to achieve good results in the projects. Understanding how to cooperate with the team members and their line managers are a key to success.
Course objectives
This training will give you knowledge about group dynamics and how a project group develops through the process. Furthermore, you will gain knowledge about different leadership theories and also time to try them out in individual and group exercises.
