Brief description of selected MS 365 apps

Excel.png Excel

With Excel you can create both simple and advanced spreadsheets and reports. The online version has the most important functions, and with the client version you have all functions available.

Forms.png Forms

Using Forms, you can quickly create surveys and questionnaires. You can assign different weight to different questions, give comments, mark answers as correct or incorrect and insert multimedia. Answers are displayed in real time and can be published and exported.

Lists Lists

Lists is a smart app for tracking information and organizing work. Users can create, share and manage lists to organize events, issues, assets and more. The lists appearance can be customized and include status, images, due dates, links and more. The lists are synchronized in real time and can be managed directly in Teams. With Power Automate, efficient workflows can be customized. Lists are available for both computer and mobile phone.

Loop Loop

The Lopp app consists of three parts.

Loop components are different types of collaboration tools that synchronize their content in real-time. The components can be used for different forms of workflows, for example lists, tables and notes. The components can be managed from a variety of Microsoft 365 apps.

Loop workspaces are shared spaces in the Loop app where teams group together everything important to different projects.

Loop pages manage the information on the workspaces in the Loop app. There, the team collects Loop components, links, tasks and all other information belonging to the projects. The pages can be shared between the Microsoft 365 apps as a link or an embedded Loop component.

OneDrive.png OneDrive

OneDrive lets you store and share your files online and you will access them anywhere as long as you are connected. You can also synchronize files and folders to your computer to access them offline.

OneNote.png OneNote

OneNote is your digital notebook. It is set up like a folder with tabs, where each tab contains a number of pages. You can write, draw, format and insert different types of objects. You can also share notebooks with colleagues.
Outlook, Calendar and Tasks These apps are visible as separate symbols in the app launcher. If you open one of them, you will be able to reach the other two from the same window.

Outlook Outlook

The Microsoft 365 suite includes Outlook with features for email, calendar, contacts and To Do tasks. Outlook is also integrated with other apps such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, enabling smooth collaboration and file management. Because Outlook is a cloud service, you can access the information from any computer device with an Internet connection.

PowerPoint.png PowerPoint

PowerPoint online lets you create presentations with text, pictures, multimedia, animations and slide shows. The desktop version contains even more functions.

PowerApps creates mobile apps and web apps to access your organization’s data.

PowerAutomate.png Power Automate

Flow increases productivity by creating automatic workflows between web apps and services. You can also connect to local data sources. Flows consist of services, triggers, actions and conditions in combination with more advanced structures such as loops. Examples of flows are alerts, copying files automatically, collecting data and approval processes.

PowerBI.png Power BI

With Power Bi you can visualize any data and create dynamic and engaging dashboards which can be shared across your organization.

Planner.png Planner

Planner lets you create plans for different projects, organize and assign tasks and share files. You can follow up plans using tables, charts or time lines.

SharePoint.png SharePoint

SharePoint is a powerful tool for sharing information in your organization through different sites and groups. Your team site can contain news feeds, document libraries, lists, chats and links to files and web sites.

Stream.png Stream

Stream is for sharing videos in your organization, for example company presentations or training videos. You can use hash tags, thumb nails, comments, create channels and use permissions.

Sway.png Sway

Sway lets you quickly and easily create professional presentations, reports and news letters with text, images and video which are accessed online.
You can start from scratch or use an existing Word document or PowerPoint presentation. Sway will help you with the layout. Sway presentations can be viewed on the phone, surf pad or computer and are automatically adapted for these different formats. You can work simultaneously with your colleagues on a Sway presentation and easily share them with others either on your web site, through a link or using social media.

Teams.png Teams

Teams is a chat-based workspace for collaboration where you and your team have access to everything you need in MS 365. Teams is also available as a desktop app and for mobile units. Teams is a hub for different parts of MS 365, such as a chat, calendar, notebook, document library, Sway or PowerPoint presentation, Stream channel and much more.

To_Do.png To Do

To Do is a simple and smart app available online, as a desktop version for Windows and as a mobile app. With To Do, you can easily keep track of your tasks and focus on what's important, which makes it easier to prioritize. The data is synchronized with Outlook data. You can also share To Do lists to have common tasks. With the Planner app, you work with tasks in larger projects and with colleagues. The tasks you are assigned there are reflected in the To Do.

Forms.png Whiteboard

Whiteboard is an excellent tool for collaboration. Invitees can draw, insert graphic symbols, text, images, documents, links, videos and templates (with both graphics and suggested content). The whiteboard can be integrated into Teams meetings and exported as an image or PDF. The updates take place in real time and are accessed both from computer devices and mobile phones.

Viva Engage Viva Engage

Viva Engage is a further development of the Yammer app. There are more functions for leadership engagement, knowledge management and analysis. Viva Engage is the company's own social platform for information sharing in more socially adapted communities. You can work with Viva Engage both on your computer and mobile.

Word.pngWord

Word online lets you use the most important functions of Word. With the desktop version you have access to all of Word’s functionality.
