Practical project management - Planning
Do you want to learn the basics of planning and executing a project properly? We provide you with the right conditions for this.
In this course we go through the most common definitions found in the project world. What do we mean by project? What is a project model? Which roles, activities and documents should we use when we choose the work form project? What does an effective project organization look like? How do we do follow-up, risk analysis and quality assurance in projects? How should we end and evaluate a project in a structured way and, not least, how do we feed the results back to our own organization?
Course objectives
After completing this training, you will be able to follow the various steps in how to plan and structure a project. You understand the importance of working with clear goals and deliverables.
